I can't recommend Lauren enough! Her knowledge of the entire real estate transaction process/costs, the area of Atlanta and general conscientiousness made purchasing a home much less stressful. Lauren understood what we wanted and was very patient when we changed our minds about what that was.  Lauren gave us updates daily on what was available and scheduled showings immediately after we expressed interest in a place. Lauren gave us honest opinions on the properties that we viewed and she had our best interests at heart. I felt very confident that all bases were covered during purchasing, every single question was answered in detail in a very timely manner. On top of this Lauren is a pleasure to work with. Thanks heaps Lauren, we couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Allow me to start this review by saying that I have high expectations for anyone that I work with. Lauren met those expectations and exceeded them through all phases of the home buying process. Lauren's persistence in getting answers to any questions that I had or requests that I made was  unwavering and she always went the extra mile, even showing up to my office to bring me the keys after the closing had finished. I was never made to feel rushed into buying, but once we went under contract the process was fast and smooth as Lauren, like a client account expert, managed multiple parties including the mortgage lender, listing agent, HOA manager, closing attorneys, and myself, keeping everyone aligned and ensuring a smooth process. In short, I would absolutely recommend Lauren Mieskowski to anyone searching for a home.

She was OUTSTANDING! This was my first house purchase and she made that process seamless and easy. Anytime she contacted me, it was because she was able to negotiate something else within the contract. I highly recommend her.

Lauren is everything you want in a realtor; friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and hard working. It took us 4 months to find the right house, and at no time did Lauren make us feel rushed or pressured. She works with you all the way and takes the time to explain every step of the home buying process  so that you can be confident. When we had an offer accepted on an accelerated closing timeline, it was go time for Lauren and she went above and beyond to make sure the process ran smoothly. She knows how to negotiate and get the most for her buyers. We ended up with a house we love at a price we can afford with minimal stress along the way, the end result speaks for itself.

Lauren made the house-hunting and buying process very easy for us. Her positive attitude and attention to our requirements are top-notch. She was also able to answer all of our questions - and even anticipate some of our concerns before we could have them! Above all, we are very grateful for  Lauren's patience. She never made us feel like a bother or "tough clients." I would highly recommend Lauren for first-time buyers like us. You will be well taken care of.

Lauren was absolutely amazing!!! She responded quickly from the first interaction and through the entire process. She actively looked for listing that would interest me in the locations and price range that I had set. She was great at pointing out pros and cons of houses. I was comfortable asking  her anything and knew she would respond with knowledge and quickly too. During the process, she was proactive in making sure I was on top of my part and making sure that the inspectors, lenders, etc., were providing me with the necessary information and documents. On top of being great professionally, she is highly personable and just as excited about finding the perfect home for me as I was. I can't say enough good things about her. I was honestly a little sad when the process was over and I didn't have a reason to talk to her on a regular basis.
